Home Painting

Any changes you do to the exterior of your house has to be approved by the HOA through the architectural request form. This includes adding/changing a deck, fencing, major landscaping changes, and changing the color of your home to colors not on our approved color list below. You are allowed to change the color of your home to one of the other approved color combinations without needing the architectural request form.
